Passed away peacefully in the presence of his family at the Palliative Care Unit at the Leonard A. Miller Center, St. John's on September 8, 2010 Wilfred George Gosse of Dildo, age 90 years. Predeceased by his wife Beatrice (Harnum), infant son Selby and parents Moses and Elizabeth Jane Gosse. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his companion Lucy Higdon; his children Roy (Linda), Evelyn McLaren (Richard), Larry (Muriel), Lloyd (Dulcie), Edwinna Yule (John), Marion Mayne (Bruce), Minnie Higdon (Randy), Joyce Little (Bruce), Ruby Wrathell (Chris), Stella Pitcher (Jerry), Jenny Thompson (Frank) and Richard; sister Elizabeth Cranford; 25 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, also a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at All Saints' Anglican Church, Dildo on Friday, September 10 to time of funeral. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, September 11 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Dildo.
