(February 4, 1919 - September 9, 2010). Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at the Hoyles Escasoni (3 West). Predeceased by husband Clarence Pitcher (1989). Leaving to mourn daughter Joan Shortall (Kevin), son Robert Pitcher (Carolyn); granddaughters Michelle LeMessurier, Jennifer and Nicole Pitcher; grandsons Leigh LeMessurier (Denise), Robert and Sheldon Pitcher; also 5 great-grandchildren. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Friday, September 10, 2010 and Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's chapel on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
