Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Center on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, Richard Thomas Walsh, aged 82 years. Predeceased by his wife Mary (2000); parents: Thomas and Josephine; brother Thomas Jr. and sister Helen Coleman. Leaving to mourn brother Gerald (Catherine); sisters: Patricia Walsh and Carmel Barrett (Jim); sister-in-law Shirley King (Stan); brothers-in-law: Richard Godwin, Thomas Coleman and Don Browne (St. John, NB); as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from St. Patrick’s Church on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. Internment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
