WESTVILLE - Helen Marlene Jenkins, age 66, of North Street, Westville, formerly of MacLellans Brook, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2010 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in MacLellans Brook, she was a daughter of the late Ephraim and Agnes (Tanner) Jenkins.
She was a former employee of Sheridan Villa, Mississauga, Ont. She spent most of her life in Burlington, Ont.
She is survived by daughters, Nicole (John) Bell, Westville; Melanie Henderson (Barry Kay), Waterdown, Ont.; son, Douglas (Nicole) Henderson, Burlington, Ont.; grandchildren: Silvi Bell; Douglas Jr. and Charlie-Brooke Henderson; siblings: Stran, Katherine, George, Carol, Gordon, Cheryl, Norman, Freddy and Fraser.
She was predeceased by siblings: Belle, Roy and Walter.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Thursday in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, New Glasgow. There will be no funeral service by request.
