Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on June 3, 2009 Caroline Dean, aged 69 years. Predeceased by parents Beatrice Hodder and Samuel Hodder. Leaving to mourn with thanksgiving for her life are her loving husband of 45 years Maxwell Dean; daughters: Susan Dean (Robert Gregory), Lisa Dean (Doug Collins), Heather Penney (Kent); beautiful granddaughters, who were the light of Nanny’s life, Lauren Caroline Gregory and Caroline Beatrice Penney; sister Florence MacDonald (Al); sisters-in-law: Betty Lupien (Ed) and Madonna Hann. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Friday, June 5, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday 1:00-3:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
