Passed peacefully away at the Central NL Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor on June 1, 2009, Agnes Lyver in her 100th year. Predeceased by her husband Louis in 1989, son Tony in 2004 and grandson Louis in 1984. Left to mourn with loving memories are her sons Louis (Yvonne) of Gander, Ed (Ann) of Grand Falls-Windsor, Gerry (Theresa) of Bishop Falls, daughter Irene (Don) Ormrod of Abbotsford, BC, Beatrice (Tom) Chisholm of Aldergrove, BC; twelve grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral Mass was held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church, Buchans. Internment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Buchans. Donations in Mrs. Lyver’s memory can be made to a Charity of one’s choice. Arrangements entrusted through Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander.
