Passed peacefully away at home on June 5th, 2009 in the presence of his loving wife Mary (Goff, RN). Predeceased by his parents Beatrice (Hackett) and Richard Rogers, brothers Leo, Edward, and sisters Vida and Genevieve. An avid reader and lover of poetry and politics, David leaves to mourn in-laws Philomena Rogers, Geraldine and Bill Power, Jim and Ruth Goff, nieces and nephews, especially Gerry Rogers and Richard Rogers, Paul and Bernadine Power, Margaret-Ann and Jim Beehan, and many dear friends.
