(Larry) It is with great sadness that the family of Lawrence O'Neill announces his passing at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the age of 88 years. Left to mourn with many wonderful memories, brother John O'Neill (Elizabeth), St. John's, NL; sisters: Catherine Greeley (Ernest), Clarke's Beach, NL, Mary Collins, Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA; sister-in-law Theresa O'Neill, Mount Pearl, NL; also leaving to mourn a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Larry is predeceased by his wife Esther; his parents, John and Ellen O'Neill; brothers: Patrick, Edward, Peter, Francis; sister Ann O'Neill and brother-in-law Robert Collins. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, February 16th from 7-9 p.m. and on Sunday, February 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, February 18, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Parish Church, Topsail Road.
