Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, June 6, 2009 of Mrs. Pamela J. (Pam) (nee Shaw) MacArthur of Charlottetown in her 68th year. Beloved wife of Doug MacArthur and dear sister of Lois Hooley and Don (Elinor) Shaw. Also loved and fondly remembered by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the MacArthur family, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Clayton and Sadie (nee Russell) Shaw; her sisters Claire Beeswagner and Joyce Michael; father-in-law and mother-in-law Ted and Eva MacArthur; brothers-in-law Neil Hooley, Wendell Beeswagner and Bill Michael. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the Sherwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Christian Church Building Fund or the P.E.I. Humane Society.
