Oct. 2nd, 1937 - Sept. 20th, 2010. Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving and devoted family at the Dr. Walter Templeman Hospital, Bell Island, Cyril Maxwell Noseworthy, age 72. Predeceased by his parents John and Elizabeth, brothers Angus and Ron. Left to mourn his passing are his beloved best friend and companion Gertie Murphy (Gordon and Tina), his loving children Wanda (Karl), Bob (Linda), and John. His grandchildren: Gregary, Colin, Amanda (Jamus), Keshia, Brad, John, Darren. Included in those grandchildren are his two sooks Terri-Lynn (Don) and Wanda (Les). His four treasures of great-grandchildren Haley, Abagail, MacKenzie and Kiersten. Cyril also leaves behind three sisters, five brothers, numerous nieces and nephews and a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Pendergast's Funeral Home, Bell Island. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Funeral to be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the United Church with interment to follow at St. Cyprian's Anglican Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
