Hopewell- Hill, Tanya Helen Eileen (MacKay), 54 of the Elgin Road, Hopewell, Pictou County, passed away September 22, 2010 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Truro, NS, she was a daughter of the late Roy MacKay and Vada (Tracy)MacKay Deyarmond.
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 36 years, Edward Hill, Hopewell; children, Scott (Rhonda) Hill, Elgin; Dalton (Amber) Hill, Westville; Amanda(Kevin)Pountney, Hopewell; five grandchildren, four sisters and one brother, many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday in the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton.
Cremation to follow. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday from the St. Columba United Church, Hopewell with Rev. Heather Landry officiating.
Burial of ashes to follow in the MacLean Cemetery, Hopewell.
