It is with great sadness that the family of the late Emily Nichols announce her passing on Tuesday, September 28th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 80th year. She will be sadly missed by children Randy (Yvonne) of Jacksons Arm, Linda (Clifton) of St. John's, and David (Maxine) of Pasadena, 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Two daughters-in-law: Beverley Decker and Marie Nichols both of Jacksons Arm, sister Ethel Tucker of St. John's and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Maxwell, sons: Terry and Clifford, daughter Karen, parents Henry and Susan Gillingham, brothers: Gerald & Harvey and sister Lillian. Visitation will take place from the Anglican Church in Jackson's Arm Thursday from where the funeral service will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the family plot.
