Passed away peacefully at the Miller Centre, on Sunday, June 7th, 2009 in his 82nd year. Charles was an employee of the Standard Manufacturing Co. for 48 years. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife Bridget (nee Lee) with whom he was to celebrate 54 years of marriage on June 11th. Predeceased by his sons: James and John, granddaughter Natasha, his mother Mary (nee Tremblett); father Allan, his sisters: Mill Cooper (Roy), Ruby Presley (Bob), Cecilia and brothers: Cyril, Gordon (Violet) and Frank (Sue). Mourning his loss are his children: Todd (Ann Marie), Glenn (Carolann), Jerome (Jackie), Neil (Sharon), Lynn (Patrick) and Wanda (Laura); his daughter–in–law Shirley; grandchildren: Stephen, Andrew, Stephanie, Bradley, Sarah, Robin, Jason, Colin, Matthew and Michael; great-grandson Brayden; sisters: Jean Tucker (Jim), Leona Lambe (Rodger), Stella Stanford (Ron) and sisters–in–law Violet and Frances Desiano (Vito); brother-in-law Thomas Lee. Also other relatives and friends. Special Thank you to the staff of 4 North B at the Health Sciences Centre and the nurses at Palliative Care L.A. Miller Centre. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation will take place on Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, June 10th, 2009 from Cochrane Street United Church at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
