William Walter Jones passed away on Tuesday September 28, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, son of the late Walter and Eva Jones. Born January 14, 1931 in Saint John, NB. He was predeceased by his brother Maurice Jones and sister Lois Jones. He is survived by his loving wife Helen of 29 years, and step sons Joe Mahabee (Pamela) of Saint John, NB and Toney Mahabee of Port Hardy, BC; two brothers Vincent of Saint John, NB and Victor (Ellen) of St. Thomas, ON; three sisters Elsie Mugford (Marvin) of Toronto, ON, Marilyn Bruce (George) of Kingston Peninsula and Valerie Stackhouse (Russell) of Halifax, NS; several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in New Glasgow, NS. The family would appreciate donations made the Extra Mural Program or to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, Saint John (646-2424). www.fundyfuneralhome.com
