1921 - 2010 - Raised and married in Windsor, ON, we celebrate the life and passing of our dear mother, Evelyn R. Clinansmith, 89, on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at the Moncton Hospital, surrounded by her children. Wife of the late Charles (Bud) Clinansmith and the late William C. Fraser. Mother of William C. Fraser "Bill" and wife Delila; grandmother to Jocelyn Rose Fraser and Renay Jean and husband Dereck Slattery; great grandmother to Ryan Slattery, Caelan Campbell Fraser Slattery, Nathan Fraser Myers, Malachi Ray and Madeline Anna Perrier; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by her only living sister, Marion Boismier of Windsor, ON. Predeceased by brothers, Cal Dixon, Harold and Ross Bowbeer and sister, Helen. Most of her life was spent in Windsor where she was a long standing member of St. Paul's United Church. Her last five years she was a resident at Camden Park Terrace in Moncton and enjoyed many new friends and activities. She was awarded the "Scrabble Cup Champion" from Dave and Martha Wry. The family would like to thank the staff of the Moncton Hospital Palliative Care for their caring devotion towards our mother.
A private family service to be held at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) with Rev. Yvette Swan officiating. Interment in Windsor, ON at a later date.
