Georgette Allain - 74, of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2010. Born October 1st, 1936 in Memramcook, NB, she was the daughter of the late Valerie and Marguerite (Dupuis) Melanson. Georgette had retired from UAP / NAPA after 25 years of service. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Allain of Toronto, ON, and a sister, Rosella. She is predeceased by her husband, Ulysse (2006) and a sister, Colombe (2004).
Visitation will be held at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Wednesday, October 20th from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral, Moncton, on Thursday, October 21st at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
