Theresa Wallace
It is with great sadness that the family of Theresa Mary Wallace, of Saint John West announce that she died unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Born in Anselme, NB on March 4, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Amede LeBlanc and MaryAnn Wallace. She married William J. Wallace in October, 1961. Theresa, in her early years, worked for Wilson's Box Factory. She went on to work for Eastern Bakeries then returned to Maritime Paper Products on Dever Road; retiring in 1995. Theresa enjoyed Bingo and Tuesday afternoon card club at the Milford Community Center. She is survived by her two brothers Emile LeBlanc of Milford and Maurice (Rita) LeBlanc of St. Stephen, and many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her Special Niece, companion and friend, Deanne Blizzard. Besides her husband, Theresa was predeceased by her brothers Willie, Clarence, Amede, Raymond, George, Gerald and her sisters Sarah Jean Leblanc, Bernice Phillips, Emma Wallace and Margaret Gallant.
Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Following the interment, a reception will take place at Denis Morris Community Centre. Donations in memory of Theresa to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
