was received into the presence of the Lord on June 12th, 2009 at 3:20 am. He left his earthly home surrounded by his wife, children, grandchildren and sisters.
Leander was the youngest son of the late John and Susan Foster of Grates Cove. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 49 years Dorothy (nee Green), his three
devoted daughters; Linda (Perry
Bonnell), Barbara and Judy (Weston Raske). His five grandchildren who were the light of his life, Bradley, Stephen, Jennifer, Leanne and Matthew. Also left to mourn are his sisters; Alverna (late Leslie Newhook), Joyce (late John
Martin), Viola (late Noah Piercey) and Gladys Foster. Sister-in-laws; Beatrice (late Herbert Foster) and Bennett (late Raymond Foster), as well as brother-in-laws, Everett (Cindy) Green and Maxwell (late Albertha) Pollett. Also, many nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Felix,
