The death of William "Bill" Joseph Brown, husband of the late Greta Brown occurred on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at The Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1930 in Saint John, he was the son of the late Clarence and Leona (Hector) Brown. He is survived by his sons Joe Brown (Margaret) and Billy Brown (Geneva) both of Saint John; daughters Marilyn Brown of Montreal and Tina Brown of Toronto; sisters Edna Leek of Saint John and Barb Brown of Toronto; several grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his brothers Donald, Louis and Reed Brown and sister Shirley Brown.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Wednesday from 5 to 9 pm and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
