The death of Carrie Maude (Adams) Kyle occurred on April 12, 2009 at Ailsa Craig, Ont. Born in Darnley, P.E.I., on April 4, 1917, to the late Caseley and Hannah (Champion) Adams. She is survived by daughters, Ethel Perry, Oromocto, N.B.; Carol (Les) Hartle, Ailsa Craig, ON; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; sister, Margaret Stordy; sister-in-law, Evelyn Adams; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Carrie was predeceased by husband, Frank Kyle; brothers, Lloyd, Wally, Charlie, infant Clayton; sisters, Hilda and Mildred. A memorial service will be held at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Irishtown, P.E.I., on June 20 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
