1949 - 2010 - Ernest Robichaud, 61 of Saint-Antoine has passed away suddenly surrounded by the love of his family, at Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital Moncton on Friday, November 12th, 2010. Born in Rogersville on September 13th, 1949, he was the son of the late Irènée and the late Bertha (Boucher) Robichaud. He was a loving husband and loved being a parent and grandparent. Ernest was a hockey enthusiast and his support for his grandsons was evident as he rarely missed one of their hockey games. He was also employed with Pepsi Bottling Group for numerous years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Irma (LeBlanc) Robichaud, his two daughters, Rachel Bastarache (Ronald) of Shediac River, and Lisa Robichaud-MacDonnell (David) of Saint-Antoine, and his four grandchildren, Mathieu, Jérémie, Gaétan, and Chloé. He also leaves to mourn, six sisters, Julia Arsenault (Rhéal) of Grande-Digue, Thérèse Richard and Yvette Arsenault (Reginald) both of Saint-Paul, Yvonne LeBlanc (Albéo) of Cocagne, Irène Robichaud and Eva LeBlanc (Paul) both of Saint-Antoine, his three brothers, Vincent (Mae), and Yvon (Annette) both of Saint-Antoine, and Gerard of Saint-Paul, and several nephews and nieces.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Monday November 15th from 7 to 9 and on Tuesday from 2 to 3:45pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine Church on Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 at 4:00 pm with internment in the parish cemetery.
