The family of the late James (Jimmy) Clements of Dominion would like to extend sincere gratitude for the outpouring of support shown us during his illness and Jimmy's passing on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Thank you to Dr. Raed Azer, Palliative Care Team of Doctors, Nurses and V.O.N. Thank you Nurses and staff of NewWaterford Hospital for your care to us all. To our Family who travelled home we were so glad to see you. To the Management and Staff of Stream Thank You for your kindness to Jeff and to our family. To those who visited the Funeral Home and our homes. Thank you Father John McIntyre and Father Leo Boone for the beautiful Mass at St. John's. Thank you to all who participated, Lectors, Servers, the Eucharistic Minister and Honorary Pallbearers and Stephanie for her wonderful music. To the Ladies of St. Leo's the lunch was beautiful. To Ferguson's Pharmacy, Thank You. To Branch 78 Legion, Dominion, the Last Post was beautiful. To all who sent beautiful flowers, food to our homes, cards, Masses, monetary donations, Thank You.
