1956 - 2010 - Toronto, ON - Lucien G. Bernier, 54, passed away peacefully at the Toronto Western Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, November 14, 2010 after a lengthy illness. Born in Edmundston, NB on June 17, 1956, he was the son of the late Edmond Bernier and Alvine (Lizotte) Bernier. Lucien will be deeply missed by his wife, Marie (Gallant); son, Luc (Christine); daughter, Natalie (Mathieu); two grandchildren, Chloe and Ethan; his mother, Alvine; three brothers, Léopold, Jean-Claude, Gérald; three sisters, Claire St-Onge, Monique Grandmaison, Anne-Marie Brockman; several nieces and nephews; and also many friends. He had worked at Classic Cuisine in Markham for two years prior to his illness. Besides his father, Lucien is predeceased by one brother, Guy and one sister, Lorraine.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac-Bridge on Friday, November 19th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Saturday, November 20th from 9:30 to 10:30 am; to be followed by a memorial service at 10:30 am.
