It is with great sadness that the family of Howard Anderson announces his death at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 18th, 2010 at the age of 92. Born in Kingsley, NB on August 23rd, 1918 he was the son of the late Harry and Nellie (Stickles) Anderson and husband of the late Hilda (Boyle) Anderson. Howard leaves behind his sons, Ernest (Carmel) Anderson of Carlisle Road, NB, Donald (Hazel) Anderson of Oshawa, ON, Roy (Margaret) Anderson of Kingsley, NB and David (Joanne) Anderson of Fredericton, NB; daughters, Christina (Jerry) Morton of Fredericton, NB and Marjorie (Darrel) Hanson of Greenhill Lake, NB; sisters-in-law, Marg Boyle of Tracy, NB and Emma Edmondson of Keswick Ridge, NB; 17 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; five step grandchildren; 13 step great-grandchildren; three step great-great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Hilda; brother, Gerald; sister, Lillian; two grandchildren and one step grandchild.
There will be no visitation at Howard's request. A memorial service will be held at the J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel, 160 York Street on Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Paul Thompson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Seymour Memorial Cemetery, Kingsley, NB.
