of Bell island (1929-2009)— Passed peacefully away on June 19, 2009 after a short illness at the Health Science Centre. Predeceased by his son Rick, his parents Nathaniel and Winnifred, his brothers William, Chesley and Gordon and Sister Daphne. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 58 years Mary; sons Nath (Maureen), Wayne (Mary), Gerry (Debbie) and daughters Daphne (Doug) and Sharon (Derrick); grandchildren Craig, Gina, Jessica, Ryan, Kevin, Natalie, Rachel, Matthew and Ian; four great grandchildren Justin, Eric, Adrian and Alana; and a large circle of friends. Resting at Pendergast’s Funeral Home, Bell Island. Visitation Sunday June 21 and Monday, June 22. Service on Tuesday 11 a.m. at the United Church followed by cremation.
