Age 90 years. Myrtle passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Health Sciences Complex Sunday, November 21, 2010, after a brief illness. Joining her in eternal peace are her predeceased husband, Ronald James Martin and loving son, Ronald Owen Martin. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters: Barbara Whelan (Terry), Marilyn Kreiger (Jack deceased) and Wanda Murphy (Tim Hayward); daughter-in-law Frances Martin; grandchildren: Sean Whelan (Lynn), Barry Whelan (Swee Lian), Blair Whelan (Valerie); Jackie Martin, Ron Martin, Jr.; Rod Kreiger (Isabelle), Scott Kreiger (Beatrice); Jason Murphy (Janine), Melaine Murphy Boileau (Alain) and Matthew Murphy; great-grandchildren: Laura, Tyler, Ashley, Ryan and Austin Whelan; Shauna and Matthew Tobin; Chelsea, Gabriel, Joshua, Nicholas, Reilly Kreiger and Kathleen Murphy; as well, she leaves a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and dear roommate, Loretta Bateman and the staff at the Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, Hamilton Ave. at LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday, Nov. 23rd, 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.; Wednesday, November 24th, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral to take place Thursday, November 25, 2050 from Cochrane Street United Church at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Mt.
