The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010, of Alma Marie Abel (nee Wedge) of Summerside, aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Peter Abel and loving mother of Anne Johnson, Allison (Millie) Myers, Mervin (Bonnie) Myers, Roger Myers, Gail Vaillancourt, Darlene Liscum and Janice (James) Donker. Also lovingly remembered by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Besides her husband, Alma was predeceased by her parents Jack and Annie Wedge, daughters Alberta Kordy and Aldona Myers and twins Blaine and Elaine in infancy. By personal request there will be no visiting hours, however a memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Taylor Road, on Sunday, Nov. 28, at 3 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
