We, the family of the late Foster Robert Lewis would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who offered support during our sad time, in the loss of a wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather. We deeply appreciate all the kind words through phone calls, e-mails, visits and cards, for the gifts of food, memorial donations and beautiful flowers.

A special thank you to Joe LeDrew-Pop's room mate during his last month, your kindness and friendship will never be forgotten. Warmest thanks to all who cared for Pop at WMRH, Rev. Russell, Dr. Aleykina, nurses from the Palliative Care Unit, 3rd and 4th Floors. Also a special thank you to the Home Care Nurses who looked after Pop over the years. Your care and compassion was greatly appreciated.
