Mother of Frances Penny (Walter MacLean), Florence Murphy (Emmett, deceased) and Donna Murphy MacInnis (Merril). Grandmother of Elvert Earl Penny (Lona), John Penny (Chrissy), Claud Murphy (Bonnie), Jacqueline Walker (Richard), Emmett Murphy (Marla), Lori Ann Murphy (Scott). Sister of Phyllis MacMillan and Marion Stewart. Predeceased by her husband, Frandk Murphy; by her daughter, Shirley Smith; by her grandsons, Scott Penny and Paul Smith; and by her brothers-in-law, Lester MacMillan and Dave Stewart.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Birchill Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-7 p.m.
