Retired Broadcaster. Passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, David Joseph Wheeler. Predeceased by his parents Mary (Bulger) and Allan, infant brother Wayne, father-in-law Calvin William Rolls and brother-in-law Derek Rolls. Left with precious memories are his wife Barbara (Rolls) and sons Glenn (Beth), Christopher (Heather) and Michael (Carolyn); sister Denise and her family (Ajax, ON); mother-in-law Daphne Rolls; brother and sister-in-law David and Madge Rolls (Pasadena); sister-in-law Audrey Rolls (Placentia) and their families; many loving relatives of the Wheeler, Bulger, Jamieson, Gladney and Thorburn families; two wonderful friends of childhood days Bryan (Catherine) Connors and Don (Shirley) Reynolds and their families. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends may visit the family at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday, December 5, 2010 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
