Ethel Dinah Morey (Simms)
October 25, 1915 - November 15, 2010

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mrs. Ethel Dinah Morey (Simms) announces her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on November 15, 2010 at the age of 95. She is predeceased by her husband Lester on Feb. 25th, 1989 and daughter Emma Rowsell on Feb. 5th, 1970 at Toronto Hospital, also all of her siblings. She was the last member of her Simms Family. Left with fond and loving memories is her daughter Mary (Vey) Stoodley, Kings Point. Sons Ford (Betty) Morey, Bert Morey and Joe(Cynthia) all from Port Anson. Grandchildren, Ricky(Mildred) Rowsell, Boyce(Pansy) Pittman, Gloria(Larry) Colbourne, Dyson(Trudy) Pittman, Rhonda Pynn, Lori-Lynn(John) Russo, Denise Reid(Derrick), Deanne Roberts(Milton), Donna Smith(Jamie Milley), Dion Morey, Kara Osmond, Philip(Jennifer) Morey, Denzil(Kim)Morey and Dennis Morey. Also leaving to mourn 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Pastor Tyrone Ball conducted the funeral service from the Redemption Pentecostal Church in Port Anson on November 19, 2010. Interment was at the Pentecostal Cemetery.
