ALLEN, Guy Eugene - 64, of Yarmouth, passed away in Yarmouth Regional Hospital on November 29, 2010. Born in Yarmouth on November 27, 1946, he was a son of the late Lyndon and Barbara (Curry) Allen. Guy was a member of Bay View United Baptist Church and of the Port Maitland Volunteer Fire Department. He was a past member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge, Port Maitland. He worked for Eastern Bakery for a number of years. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by niece, Susan; cousins and friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sister, Leta Crosby; infant brother, Jonathan. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Yarmouth. There was no visitation by request. Funeral service was held Thursday, December 2 at 2 p.m. from Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Don Moses officiated. Interment followed in Lake George Cemetery.
