Myrtle Wiggins
Sunapee, NH: Myrtle J. Wiggins, 76, of Stagecoach Lane, passed away at the New London Hospital, Sunday, December 5, 2010, surrounded by her family. Myrtle was born on December 9, 1933, in Springfield, New Brunswick, the daughter of the late John B. and Helen L. (Myshrall) Hull. She was raised and educated in New Brunswick, moving to New Hampshire when she married Robert Earl Wiggins on February 23, 1952. They shared 46 years together when he passed on November 12, 1998. She and Bob ran the Robert Wiggins Construction business successfully over the years and loved hunting and fishing together. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, watching the birds, deer, foxes and other wildlife around her home and Myrt, as she was called, was an excellent cook. Survivors include her two daughters: Juanita and Ed Erickson of Bradford, Rosita Wiggins and William Prescott of Laconia, two sons: Dennis and Lynne Wiggins and Van and Sharon Wiggins, all of Sunapee, a brother: Leslie and Eva Hull of Silverwood, N.B. and a sister: Carmel and Emery Morgan of Middle Hainesville, N.B., seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by two brothers: Dean and Shirley Hull.
Funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, December 10, 2010, at the Sunapee Community United Methodist Church on Lower Main street in Sunapee. Burial will be at the Eastman Cemetery on North road in Sunapee. Reception to be held at the Church following. Rev Patricia Williams Officiating. There will be no calling hours.
