(1914-2010) - ST. IGNACE, NB - Flora Johnson 96, of St. Ignace passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent on Wednesday, December 15th, 2010. Born in Rexton, NB she was the daughter of the late Luc and late Ursule Daigle. Flora attended St. Ignace de Loyola Roman Catholic Church, St. Ignace and was a member of the St. Ignace Golden Age Club. Flora was a seamstress that enjoyed making clothing for herself and for her family. Flora will be sadly missed by her four daughters; Jeannette Daigle (Livain) of St. Ignace, Flora Johnson of Shediac River, Diane Richard (Ovila) of Moncton, Linda Johnson of Barachois, four sons; Clarence Robichaud of Halifax, Abraham Robichaud (Stella) of St. Ignace, Gerard Robichaud (Germaine) of St. Ignace, Alpha Robichaud (Celina) of Warton, ON, fifteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, one daughter-in-law; Sandy Robichaud of Ontario, one sister-in-law; Ernestine Johnson of St. Ignace, several nieces and nephews. Flora was predeceased by her 1st husband; Antoine Robichaud, 2nd husband; Gerard Johnson, one daughter; Robea, one son; Gerry, four sisters; Evelyn, Margaret, Eva, Mina and one brother; John.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, Saturday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 18th, 2010 at 11:00 am, St. Ignace de Loyola Roman Catholic Church, St. Ignace. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
