MERCER, Darren Wayne- Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, Darren Wayne Mercer, aged 33 years. Predeceased by his grandparents Emily and Walter Whalen and first cousin Nicholas Mercer. Leaving to mourn precious son Nathan Wayne Mercer; parents Wayne and Linda Mercer; sister Lisa Mercer-Roberts (Derek); nieces: Jillian and Amanda Roberts; grandparents: Gerald and Shirley Mercer; special friend Jennifer Boland and her brother Donny Boland; also many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
