Passed peacefully away after a short illness at the Health Science Centre on Thursday, December 16, 2010, Gwendolyn (Gwen) George, age 62 years. Predeceased by her father and mother Jack and Mary Evoy; brother Tony; father and mother-in-law John and Irene George. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Angus; two wonderful sons: John and David; two brothers: Mike and John (Frances); brother-in-law Raymond (Shirley); sisters-in-law: Peggy Keefe (Jim) and Phyllis Evoy; loving aunt Kay Blundon (Fred), Labrador City; Uncle Frank Dillon (Mary); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Gwen was a loving, caring person to everyone she met and will be sadly missed by all. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Saturday, December 18th, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday, December 19th from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Teresa's Church, Mundy Pond Road at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 20th. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
