Clough, Henry George 85, of 111 Hillcrest Avenue, Bible Hill, Col. Co. died Sunday, December 19, 2010, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro, of Congestive Heart Failure and circulation problems. Born in Cowansville, Quebec, son of the late Gordon Rexie Clough and Lena Loretta Clough. Henry was a faithful member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 26, Truro and the Army, Navy, Air force Club No. 376, Halifax. He is survived by daughters Gladys (Don) Harris of Lindsay, Ont., Helen (Keith) Wager of Quesnel, B.C., Donna Clough of Truro, Almira (Johnny) Clough of Truro; son, Paul (Joan) Clough of Onslow Mountain and step-son, Harry (Shirley) Spence of Miscouche, P.E.I., 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his 1st wife Lydia, his 2nd wife Edie, daughter, Patricia and grandson, Joseph. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., on Tuesday, December 28, followed by the funeral service, beginning with a Royal Canadian Legion Branch 26 Tribute Service, all in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro. Rev. John Tonks officiating. A reception will follow the service in the funeral home, catered by the Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Family flowers only.
