MacNabb, Geraldine Ethel, 83, Truro, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro.
Born in Windsor, NS, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Myrna (Arsenault) Hughes. Geraldine was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 26, Truro, Ladies Auxiliary for over 40 years. She loved to dance and enjoyed bowling.
She is survived by sons, David of Nuttby, Jackie (Hannah) Austria; daughters, Debbie Boomer (Eric) of Bible Hill, Lori McKay (Terry) of Porter's Lake, Halifax Co; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a daughter Betty; several brothers and sisters.
A reception in Geraldine's memory will take place on Wednesday afternoon from 2 until 4 pm in the Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young St, Truro. Burial will take place at a later date.
