Davidson, Catherine Adele, (nee McKeown) originally of Montreal passed away Dec. 22, 2010 in Cedarstone Enhanced Care, Truro, Nova Scotia after a long illness.
Daughter of the late Alice Gertrude (McQuillan) and William Kenneth McKeown of Montreal she is survived by a sister Marjorie Higginson of Montreal, three children, daughter Diane Robinson of Nova Scotia and two sons William Kenneth and Donald John Davidson of Ontario, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as in-laws Anna and Ritchie Johnston, Dorval and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William Connal Davidson and brothers Jack and Kenneth McKeown.
Visitation was held Monday, December 27 in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young St. Truro. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, at the Immaculate Conception Church Truro, Father Dariusz Miskowicz officiating. Reception to follow in Campbell Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia. Interment and memorial service will be held at a later date in Montreal.
