GAUTHIER - Florence, 69, wife of Hector Gauthier, passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence in Shediac on Monday December 27, 2010 following a lengthy illness. Born April 10, 1941 in Scoudouc, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Délina (Bourque) Dutcher.
Besides her husband, Florence is also survived by her two daughters: Linda of Fredericton and Suzanne (Stephen Lewis) of Calhoun; her three brothers: Robert (Raymonde) and David (Léa) both of Meadowbrook, Thomas (Patricia) of Dieppe; five sisters: Alice Perry (Frank) of Ottawa, Janet Longphee (Joe) of Moncton, Helen LeBlanc (Levi) of Hartford, CT, Olive Leger (Harvey) of Dieppe, and Dorothy Bourgeois (Bernard) of Shediac, many nieces and nephews. She is also predeceased by a sister, Anita, two brothers: Raymond and Paul.
The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, December 30 from 10 a.m. at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) followed by the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. In memory of Florence, a contribution to the Diabetes, the Heart Foundation, or to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
