Passed peacefully away at home on December 25th, 2010. Leaving to mourn his wife Lorraine (nee Osborne); daughter Janet; son Chris (Vanessa) and the pride and joy of his life, Poppy's little buddy Sam; seven sisters Bridie Lawlor (Charlie), Helen Edgar (John), Mary Whelan (Bob - deceased), Gertie Fagan (Gerry), Dorothy Dalton (Frank), Lorraine Stanley (Joe), Marie Woodrow (Phil); two brothers Ed Mackey (Cis), Joe Mackey (Marilyn); also two sisters-in-law Catherine O'Neil (Andy) and Sister Eileen Osborne (SMC); four brothers-in-law Bill Osborne (Alice), Tom Osborne (Sheila), Kevin Osborne (Pauline), David Osborne (Elizabeth) and dear family friends Carol Ann Power and Sister Elsie Lahey. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, December 31st, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church. Private burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
