1951 - 2010 - With sadness, the family of James Nicol Paterson announces his sudden death in Sarasota, FL, at 59. James was born in Moncton, NB, to Elva (Cudmore) and the late William Paterson. He is survived by sons Mitchell and Nicolas and their mother Tammy all of Gravenhurst, ON; his mother, Elva; sisters, Patricia (Peter) Grabowski, Gravenhurst; Sandra (Gary) Nickerson, Riverview, NB; brother, Brian (Sue) of Halifax, NS; nieces and nephews, Kevin Nickerson (Halifax) and Angela Nickerson (Charlottetown), and Robbie and Rachel Paterson (Halifax). James attended Edith Cavell and Harrison Trimble High and moved to Ontario shortly after. He was known as the "Bra Man" to all his friends as he was employed with Warner, Wonderbra and Triumph for over 40 years. He semi-retired to the automobile business in Sarasota - a salesman to the end! He will be remembered for his "style" and his wit.
A memorial service will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton, on Saturday, January 8th, at 1:00 pm, followed by a reception in the Garden View Room.
