At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, with her family by her side, of Daisy Mae Costain of Charlottetown, aged 49 years.
Born in Alberton on July 6, 1961, she was the daughter of Lucina and the late Calvin Costain, who predeceased her in 2008. Dear sister to Glenda Costain (Thomas Gallant) of Saint John, N.B.; Gloria Costain of Ottawa, Ont.; Dale (Sheila) Costain of Chelton, P.E.I.; Rhonda Costain (Barry Gallant) of Nail Pond; and Melanie Costain of Ontario. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Wednesday, Jan. 5, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Cremation to follow with a memorial service to take place at a later date, at a time and date be be announced. Interment to take place in the Miminegash United Church Cemetery.
