Passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at St Clare's Mercy Hospital after a short illness, Bernard Joseph Corrigan (Ben), age 86 yrs. Predeceased by his wife Peg, sister Madeline (Rotchford), brother Austin and dear cousin & friend Hilda Fitzgerald. Leaving to mourn with fond memories: sister Mary (Loretta) Moulton; brother Bert; sister-in-law Evelyn Corrigan; life long friends: Ernie Kennedy, Derm Davis, Ed Corrigan and special friend Alice Bemister, nieces and nephews of the Corrigan and Rotchford families, his extended family - Residents and Staff of Trepassey Retirement Home where he resided, members of the Kennedy and Lamb families and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Fahey's Funeral Home, Trepassey on Friday and Saturday, January 7 and January 8 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial from Holy Redeemer Church, Trepassey on Sunday, January 09, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
