DART, Garfield Andrew- January 19, 1918 - December 31, 2010. Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Garfield Andrew Dart of Sandringham in his 92nd year.
Predeceased by his wife Winnifred (nee Bradley) and granddaughters Samantha and Stephanie. Left to mourn son Garfield Jr. (Ann), daughter Cosetta White (Samuel), six grandchildren Andrea, Andrew, Rebecca, Bradley, Garry, Charles.
Former longtime resident of Gander and retiree from the Federal Government, Garfield also served with the Nfld Forestry Unit in Scotland during WWII. Special thanks to the Dialysis unit in Gander and the staff of Nightingale Manor for their devoted care. Interment took place January 3, 2011 at The Church of the Resurrection, Sandringham.
