Of Mount Pearl - Passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on Friday, January 7th, 2011. Signe Mary Reelis age 79 years. Predeceased by her husband Harold (2005); sisters Genevieve, Lillian, Madeline, Nellie and Dorothy; brothers Gordon, John and Franklin. Leaving to mourn daughters Madeline (Allister) Taylor, Judy DaSilva, St. John's, NL; Grandchildren Dylan Taylor, Signe Taylor (Tony), Edmonton, AB, Sherry (Jason) Badger, John DaSilva, Raymond DaSilva all of U.S.A; six great grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn brothers Carl (Jean) Lindahl, Grand Falls-Windsor, Seth (Alma) Lindahl, Ont.; sisters-in-law Mary (Lindahl) Hatt, Theresa (Lindahl) Furlong, Grand Falls Windsor, Rita Lindahl, B.C. Emma Reelis, Mount Pearl, brothers-in-law John (Joyce) Reelis, St. John's and Manuel Alves, Mount Pearl and Uncle Bill and Aunt Ruby King, St. John's. Also leaving to mourn many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 12 noon - 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Monday from 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Cremation to follow.
