DOHEY, James –Passed away at the Placentia Health Care Centre on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, James Dohey, age 83 years of St. Bride’s, P. Bay, a resident of Beachside Manor, Placentia. Predeceased by his wife Rosemary, sons Jimmy and Ernest, granddaughter Shanna Macdonald, his parents William and Bridget Dohey, and sister Lettie Murphy. He leaves to mourn his sons and daughters; Wilfred (Donna), Dermot, Ida Tobin (Brian), Genevieve Sexton, Lettie McGrath (Martin), Mary Coffey (Gerard), Melvin (Brenda), Acethia Byrne (Steve), Annette Coffey (Wish) and Delia Wade (Darrel), a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brothers: Clem, Frank, Charles and John, also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Sacred Heart Church, St. Bride’s. Funeral Mass to take place on Friday, October 17, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Bride’s.
