It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of D. Wayne Palin on October 16th, 2010 at URV Hospital, Waterville, NB. Born on October 3rd, 1949 in Woodstock, NB, he was the son of Muriel (Carmichael) Palin and the late William R. Palin. Wayne worked most of his life in the Niagara, Ont. area for 5-O Taxi. As well as his mother, Wayne is survived by his daughters, Nicole Palin - Woodstock, NB, Angela Scott - Buffalo, NY, Andrea Clarke - Niagara Falls, Ont. Step-daughter, Sara Giroux - St. Catharines, Ont. Sisters, Marjorie (Larry) Clarke - Virgil, Ont., Sandra (Lorne) Saunders - Newbridge, NB, Mary (Don) Wright - Woodstock, Reta (Louis) MacIntosh - Centreville, NB. Brother, Vaughn (Elsie) Palin - Victoria Corner, NB. Granddaughters, Miranda, Audrey, and Layla. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral was held at the Britton Funeral Home, Hartland, October, 20th, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Interment at Victoria Corner cemetery.
