It is with the deepest sadness to announce the sudden passing of Dr. Erich R. Sperker of Manchester, Tennessee, on January 8, 2011. His Homeland was Vienna, Austria but his heart, and true home, was Pictou County, Nova Scotia. Dr. Sperker had a medical practice in Westville, Nova Scotia for 15 years prior to moving to the States. At the time of his death, he was working the ER in three different hospitals throughout Tennessee. He leaves many fond and loving memories to his family and friends. Unmatched humor and kindness. Loved by all that were blessed to know him. We all pause and shed a tear, then look up and smile thinking of all the fond memories and countless great times shared. In some way he made a difference in us all.. We should rejoice in the fact that we knew him and all his humor and magic....Erich was a good friend and a great man. One of a kind. Never to be duplicated. Brilliant Dr. We will all, across many borders, miss you beyond words. May you rest peacefully my forever love...
