The funeral for Charlotte Amelia (Henderson) (Miller) Fullerton of Kings Way Care Centre and formerly of Long Reach and Holderville was held December 21 at Trinity Anglican Church, Kingston, NB. Canon Donald Trivett conducted the service and was assisted by Rev. Peter Gillies of the Parish of Kingston, Rev. Brenda Schyf of Kings Way Care Centre and Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Stevenson of Two Rivers Pastoral Charge.
The organist was Joan Small and a community choir lead the congregational hymns. Granddaughter Anne Fullerton read Tennyson's poem "Crossing the Bar". Active pallbearers were Oliver Fraser, Terry Fullerton, Tom Mathieson, Brett Miller, John Quigley and Reid Titus. Honourary pallbearers were the siblings of Charlotte's late husband Raymond Fullerton. A reception was held at the Kingston Parish Hall following the funeral. Interment took place at Long Reach United Church.
Many memorials and donations were received in Charlotte's honour.
The family wishes to thank relatives and friends, individuals and groups who expressed condolences and assisted the family during this time. We would especially like to thank all management, staff, volunteers and residents at Kings Way Care Centre for the care and attention that Mum received during her time there.
